Dear Guest!

Please be aware of the hotels cancellation policy. The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival. This is defined as being before 12 noon (GMT) on the day before you are due to check in. In addition, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit/debit card prior to arrival to check booking authenticity.

If the guest doesn’t show up the total price of the reservation will be charged.
